What does ORYXE mean?
ORYXE is an acronym developed by the company’s founders.  It stands for Original Research into Unknown Quantities of Earth.  The “Y” and the “X” represent scientific shorthand for Unknown Quantities.

ORYXE Energy International, Inc., based in Irvine, Calif., develops, certifies and distributes additives that improve fuel performance and reduce toxic emissions from the combustion of hydrocarbons, such as diesel fuel and biodiesel.
