ORYXE® LED for Biodiesel passed two official performance tests sanctioned by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to demonstrate the necessary emissions reductions for the TxLED program (30 TAC §114.315(c) of the TCEQ regulations). |

TxLED Alternative Formulation Test 1
Test data showed that a B20 candidate fuel (20% biodiesel and 80% standard EPA diesel) treated with ORYXE LED for Biodiesel
produced an equivalent or better emissions profile than an TxLED reference fuel (untreated) for the following emissions: Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx), Total Hydrocarbons (THC), Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Particulate Matter (PM). The test was completed at West Virginia University National Research Center
for Alternative Fuels, Engines and Emissions Laboratory, following the TCEQ’s new robust testing compliance procedure that includes onsite test supervision by TCEQ personnel.

CARB Scoping Test
ORYXE Energy also successfully completed a California Air Resource Board
(CARB) B20 scoping test at West Virginia University National Research Center for
Alternative Fuels, Engines and Emissions Laboratory.
